I’m a HR leader with over 20 years’ experience working for global start-up, scale-up as well as established businesses across a number of industries. Acting as a strategic partner to all stakeholders, I fully utilise a blend of HR and business knowledge to provide expertise in people planning, organisational design and delivery on business-critical projects in line with business goals.

Leveraging my in-depth expertise working on Olympic & Paralympic Games, TV & Broadcast Operations, Digital Streaming and Technology, I can help clients deliver on their goals. I also created people strategies to transition across 3 Games (Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026, and LA 2028) in the Ticketing, Hospitality and VIP Experiences sector.

I also worked on the rapid growth phase for Eurosport Player, Dplay, Discovery Golf which were integrated into Discovery Plus.

Being bilingual English-French, with experience working in France and across EMEA, I served as Vice President, HR for On Location, Official Hospitality Provider for Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026 & LA 2028. I also delivered on all business goals as Head of HR for Bloomberg Paris entity.
